Just The Guy Gutters and Exteriors is a family-run business built on hard work, honesty, and treating people the way we’d want to be treated ourselves.

Sara, the owner, is a nurse, a mother of three, and a breast cancer survivor. Her strength and compassion are a big part of what shapes this company. A few years ago, she started a small farm, which reflects the same values we try to bring into our work every day — patience, consistency, and taking pride in what you build.

Josh brings over 10 years of roofing experience and a strong understanding of how to protect a home from the top down. While gutters are a newer focus for the business, the work itself isn’t new to him. He’s been installing and repairing them for years with the same care and attention he puts into every roofing job. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time fishing whenever he gets the chance.

Blue helps manage the company’s social media, marketing, and customer communication while also working out in the field on gutter installations and repairs. Currently attending college, he brings a mix of hands-on work ethic, creativity, and modern business insight to the company, helping Just The Guy Gutters and Exteriors continue to grow while still feeling personal and community-focused.
